First we inspect the roof and determine the condition. If everything looks good, we proceed. A lot of buyers are looking for confidence that the roof will last 5 years in it's current condition. If we find the roof needs repairs to get it to that condition, we will write an estimate at that time pending your approval. In some cases, roofs may have previously undetected hail damage. It's possible, depending on circumstances, that it can be covered by your insurance.
